Training courses for IZELMAN employees by EKOSEM
Izmir University of Economics, Continuous Education Centre has started training program for personnel of IZELMAN A.Ş. Preschools Directorate and Parking Lots Directorate on 17 January 2015.
Total of 327 personnel from Parking Lots Directorate will receive training for 19 hours on the following topics: Anger Management, Empathy, Service Consciousness and Corporate Identity, Generation Gaps, Human Relations and Effective Communication.
And total of 54 personnel from Preschools Directorate will receive training for 19 hours on the following topics: Motivation, Innovation, Generation Gaps, Service Consciousness and Corporate Identity, and Human Relations and Effective Communication. The training, which includes practical information on easing the relations of the employees with their colleagues and customers, is mostly a hands-on training that intends to help participants solve the problems faced in daily life and at work. A pre-test and a final test will be administered to the trainees in order to measure the efficiency of the training.
Courses will continue non-stop until April 16, 2015
IZELMAN training courses will continue non-stop at IZELMAN training halls until April 16, 2015. IUE lecturers Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gülem Atabay, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ebru Uzunoğlu, Dr. Selin Türkel, and Dr. Ela Burcu Ucel, EKOSEM trainers Berrin Yangınözü, Burçin Önder, and Sedef Uzgören deliver the IZELMAN training courses. Also, testing and measurement is handled by Asst. Prof. Dr. Olga Selin Hünler and Asst. Prof. Dr. Neslihan Demirtaş Milz.
