STUDENTS OF LAW AT THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
Students of IUE Faculty of Law visited the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court. Students, who got information about the courts’ processes, also listened to the presentations of judges, reporters at Grand Chamber Hearing room and Debate room.
Prof. Dr. Huriye Kubilay, Dean of IUE Faculty of Law, stated that the students got a chance to learn onsite about the Constitutional Court procedures, Grand Chamber proceedings, and individual applications and how those applications are taken into consideration. Kubilay also said that preliminary meetings were held regarding the internship opportunities for students. She said that the students learned about the Supreme Court, its history and procedures, and the National Judiciary Informatics System (UYAP), and the students were given books titled, "Individual Application to the Turkish Constitutional Court" at their visit to the Supreme Court.
