You need to broaden your horizon, meet new people, and go after your dreams and ambitions. Izmir University of Economics aims to raise entrepreneurial, open-minded, visionary students who fully use their potentials and are willing to make a difference, said the Rector.
Good Career Moves in 5 Steps
Taylan Özgür Demirkaya, Director of IUE Embryonix, made recommendations to students and reminded that there were 5 steps to choose a good career and a profession. Demirkaya said, “Take responsibility, take action, fail, learn, and improve. One needs to focus on these basic concepts. An individual needs to take responsibility foremost. Needs to take action based on ‘I need to do this’ comprehension. First step may not always bring success, but you should never give up. Learn your lesson, and improve your steps and try again.”
