They give examples on type of problems they face every day and discuss solutions with the help of their trainers. Our major goal is to contribute to the society in terms of continuous education. We see the positive feedback on trainings in our daily lives. ESHOT employees work under a massive amount of stress. They are in traffic every day for long hours transporting people. This training helps them get over the daily problems they face with more ease. Our main purpose is to provide relief for both the public of Izmir and the institution in the name of comfortable transportation.”
