Kayan, who qualified for the scholarship as the top student from Turkey, stated that he plans to pursue academic studies in the field of security systems and applications in Turkey upon completing his education in London.
‘Information security: the challenge of the modern era’
Kayan pointed out that information security in Turkey started to gain importance and he said, “Cyber security, providing security, encryption and storing encryption keys securely became very important in our country and worldwide. I will pursue my Master’s and Ph.D. in information security. I want to specialize, gain experience and contribute to my country in this area academically. I had the great advantage of receiving theoretical information as well as practical information from academicians who had sectoral experience. I actively participated in many projects when I was a student. I will definitely improve the experience and knowledge I gained in Turkey throughout my studies in England.”
