Assoc. Prof. Alp Limoncuoğlu, Asst. Dean of IUE Faculty of Law, said: “Majority of the mobbing cases are submitted to the jurisdiction after the victim’s health condition is deteriorated. Treatment takes a long time. Legal arrangements to prevent mobbing are required.”
Asst. Prof. Mine Kasapoğlu Turhan, Asst. Dean of IUE Faculty of Law, said the fact that mobbing being accepted by the jurisdiction lately was a positive change, however, the victim being forced to prove mobbing made seeking justice difficult. Asst. Prof. Cem Özcan, Lecturer of IUE Faculty of Law, who pointed that legal arrangements on mobbing were required, said, “Steps should be taken to make the mobbers prove that they did not perform mobbing behaviors. The victims should not try to prove they were being mobbed. Belgium and France impose such legal arrangements, we can take those as examples.”
